📋 Description
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, designing and developing automated solutions and implementing them to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization. • Will work closely with various departments to understand their workflows and develop solutions that streamline their operations. • The Senior Developer must be self motivated, possess a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude. • Must be able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail. • Exemplify NIVA's Core Values; Teamwork, Resilience, Open-Mindedness, Ownership and Positivity and always exercises utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact during patient/staff interactions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 2 years of relevant remote work experience in Automation Engineering or a related field • A minimum 80 Mbps internet speed connection is a must • In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools) • With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry). • Experience with API's and Integrations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal) • Have passion for efficiency and improving processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure • Experience with Athena Health EHR and GO High Level systems preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure. • Flexible and can work any hour of the day. • With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup.
