Description

• At Arkadium, our purpose is to have fun while creating fun - and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing for 20 years. • We’re the creators behind the world’s most-played games. • Arkadium is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic QA team. • You will have the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, focusing on automation. • This position will allow you to contribute to multiple high-impact projects, playing a key role in crafting and implementing innovative quality strategies. • Collaborate with diverse teams, combining your automation skills with manual testing. • Candidates must be available to work standard hours from 09:00 to 18:00 in the Western European Time (WET) zone. • For candidates not residing in Portugal, you will be onboarded as a full-time contractor through our international payroll provider.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with strong skills in both manual and automated testing. • Strong experience with automated testing tools, such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium/Appium, Puppeteer, or Robot Framework. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTTP(S), JSON, XML, and RESTful services. • Strong experience in cross-browser and cross-device web testing across multiple screen orientations, including mobile. • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. • Proficiency in English. • Experience with backend testing (Swagger, API testing, stress/load testing, etc.). • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript). • Knowledge of security testing for web applications.
