Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2-5 years of experience in a similar role • Expert in complex SQL syntax • Domain expertise in Financial Services working with Banks and/or Credit Unions focused on Credit Card portfolios and specifically Retail Card Services on TSYS • Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude • Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills • Experience working on multiple databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc • A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodology • Experience working on Data Management projects for Data Lakes/Data Warehousing • Experience driving and growing client interaction as part of sales support and project delivery • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions • Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control. • Develop use cases, defining and documenting user procedures and workflows, and how each class of user interacts with east system function • Assist in the development of conversion and implementation strategies • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
