Description

• Support the organization’s goals for business development, service delivery and continuous improvement through consistent processes, technology, and human resources management. • Coordinate the receipt and submission of documents electronically in a form that can be integrated with application systems. • Under administrative direction, oversees and performs all tasks required regarding EDI functions. • Documents development activity including help text, testing requirements and results, programmers' comments, and object descriptions. • Supports and participates in User training. • Responsible to maintain and support Company standards and requirements as specified in the Quality Management System. • Responsible for promoting an atmosphere of non-discrimination. Requirements

• Four years of EDI & cXML support experience or equivalent training. • Knowledge of EDI translation software, such as IBM's Sterling Gentran. • Knowledge of XML translation software, such as Precisely's Alliance/XML. • Knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, cXML structures and standards. • Familiar with communications protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTP. • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with trading partners and application development staff to relate requirements for the interchange of electronic data. • Ability to acquire new skills and technical knowledge. • Skill in written and oral communications.
