Requirements

• IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree • Experience coaching on a variety of communications topics (Interpersonal, Public Speaking, etc...) • 360 Assessment experience / certification • Experience coaching C-suite executives • Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness • 5+ years of experience in executive coaching and a business background • Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world • Effective communication • Personable and relatability skills • Basic computer skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Hogan certification is strongly preferred • DiSC and/or EQ-i assessment experience is a plus • Experience working and collaborating with remote teams • Professional experience working in financial services or hedge funds is a plus
