β’ Conduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages for all roles within the hedge fund. β’ Design, implement, and manage annual compensation review processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry benchmarks. β’ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to gather relevant data and insights for compensation decision-making. β’ Provide guidance and support to senior management on compensation-related matters, including salary offers, promotions, and incentive programs. β’ Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits. β’ Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and decision-making. β’ Participate in the development and communication of total rewards programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. β’ Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst, preferably in the hedge fund or financial services industry. β’ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation benchmarking and market analysis. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to compensation. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant analytical tools β’ Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
