•Manage and update company databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. •Keep track of inventory levels and proactively order supplies when needed. •Maintain financial, team member, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. •Draft and mail customer correspondence and newsletters, maintaining a professional and engaging tone. •Organize events, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as required. •Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment to ensure optimal functionality. •Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed. •Perform other duties as assigned.
•Minimum of 2 year of experience in internal operations with experience in administrative work. •Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information across all department effectively. •Proficiency in Google Workspace and data management software. •Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment •A self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision or direction, even under pressure in a fast-paced environment. •Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on, capable of adapting to changing priorities and taking initiative. •Demonstrated ability to follow through with assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
