Description

• The Product Owner (PO) plays a pivotal role in defining, planning, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. • Responsible for conveying the product vision to the development team, prioritizing tasks based on business value, and ensuring that the product meets the needs and expectations of its end users. • Must be dynamic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting, frequently wearing multiple hats. • Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-structured product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and objectives. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. • Actively participate in cross-department meetings and prepare materials for other departments to understand the product. • Collect feedback from end-users, the marketing team, and other stakeholders to update the product feature pipeline continuously. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap communicating the short and long-term product direction. • Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to influence product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to learn new and hard stuff. • Problem-solving mindset. • Preferred Qualifications: Computer science/engineering background. Writing skill.
