Description
• Oversee all accounting functions for single family residential investments • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Optimize accounting systems and procedures • Manage entire accounting activities and secure compliance with GAAP • Prepare financial statements and accounting reports • Act as liaison to internal and external auditors • Partner with finance team on process improvement efforts
Requirements
• Highly detail-oriented and organized • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Stellar communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Curious and always learning • Experience with single and/or multi-family residential property accounting • In-depth understanding of GAAP • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage Intaact or Netsuite • Advanced MS Excel skills • BS degree in Accounting, Finance and relevant job experience 2 years or more
