• Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company. • You will be responsible for assisting our sales teams in technically qualifying solutions. • Build relationships across customers’ IT silos to understand their infrastructure and challenges. • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Broadcom's mainframe products. • Foster and build relationships with customers and partners to develop references. • Ensure long-term stability and sustainability of the book-of-business. • Collaborate with virtual teams and effectively lead them.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. • Typically, 5 or more years of detailed technical industry-related experience, particularly with mainframes. • Proven experience in customer-focused roles with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to work independently. • Fluency in English and local language.
