• Join Arrow, a leading innovator in the technology sector, dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions and fostering a dynamic work culture. • Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, designing tailored cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities by understanding client requirements and challenges. • Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. • Provide technical leadership during trials, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and complex demos, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Symantec’s and Carbon Black’s cybersecurity solutions. • Work closely with clients to architect and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs. • Prepare detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation to support proposed solutions. • Oversee the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring successful integration and adoption. • Provide post-sales support and technical guidance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their offerings and collaborate on joint opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role within the cybersecurity sector. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time in EMEA region. • Business proficiency in Italian and English. • Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+). • Experience working with various cybersecurity products and solutions. • Fluency in additional European languages.
