• Join Our Arrow's Graduate Program Designed for the Next Generation of Innovators • Arrow’s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates. • We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate your career. • Selected candidates will improve both professional and soft skills. • By the end of the program, you will have the ground to further develop a successful career in Arrow. • The primary role is to provide technical support and expertise to customers. • Possess in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s products, services, and solutions. • Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions. • Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions. • Engage suppliers to assist with product validation to ensure that products meet customer requirements. • Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met.

🎯 Requirements

• You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located. • You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree Electronics Engineering or related degree before October 2023 or not more than 2 years ago. • Business fluent German AND English (oral & written). • Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering. • Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team and external stakeholders. • Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach. • You must be flexible and have geographical mobility. • Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
