• As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a part of the Payroll Team in Sevenum • Together with your colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for all HR / Payroll -related inquiries • Assisting employees with general questions (from policies and procedures to technology support) • Respond to questions on regulatory or complex administrative HR procedures • Provide support for the payroll process by maintaining the payroll audit database • Reconcile and process payroll information received from outside sources
• Experience in end-to-end Dutch Payroll process • Knowledge of Dutch labour law • Solid knowledge of HR-related administrative processes and procedures • You speak Dutch fluently and your English is at least B1 level • Knowledge of Excel and how to use lookup formulas and pivots • Good communication and social skills • Nice to have skills: Experience with AFAS Profit and Workday
