• Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. • Manage all administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations. • Ensure data quality, provide end-user support, develop and conduct training, and perform system audits. • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Experience with Service Cloud. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic. • Advanced English skills.
