📋 Description
• The Manager, Commercial Analytics is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Commercial Analytics. • Help support and maintain data, tools, and systems, as well as reporting and analytic processes used to generate business insights. • Ensure the accuracy, quality, timeliness, cleanliness, consistency, and integrity of data • Provide data and analysis to support sales field alignment, targeting, call planning, incentive compensation, sample compliance, sales and field activity reporting. • Leverage Rx, sales, patient-level, claims, managed care, and other datasets to craft insights to produce consistent overviews of team, product, and portfolio performance. • Help support weekly reporting on overall brand performance and market trends as well as analytics that provide insightful and objective commentary. • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer key business questions. • Support other areas of commercial analytics including forecasting, incentive compensation, and marketing ROI.
🎯 Requirements
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Life Science discipline, and minimum of 7 years of related experience; or 5 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Requires experience in bio/pharma industry in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, commercial analytics and/or sales operations.
