📋 Description

• Your mission will be the systematic detection and mitigation of threats in an exciting, heterogeneous environment with thousands of systems in Arsys and IONOS. • You drive the implementation of proactive and reactive measures to protect our internal infrastructure. • You understand the detection and evaluation of security incidents, the subsequent analysis and suggest suitable protective measures. • You will work on our security monitoring system (SIEM). • You will work on our global platform defenses writing web application firewall rules, test them and support in resolving false positives. • You advise our internal customers on the selection of suitable protective measures, support their implementation and know how to make them measurable. • As part of the team you will support Arsys Security in their daily tasks. If needed, you play an active role in detecting, triaging, analysing and resolving security incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• The basis for this challenging position is in-depth experience in the field of cyber security. • You have a solid hands-on knowledge of cyber security. • Good experience in the field of security analysis (detection, analysis, evaluation, mitigation, prevention). • You are familiar with relevant tools (e.g. Splunk) and instruct them to use them to your advantage. • You have experience in analyzing vulnerabilities in common web applications like Wordpress and its plugins. • Ideally, you have experience with scripting languages such as Python to automate your processes. • Strong problem-solving skills, good English skills, quality awareness, personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
