• Develop, implementing, and driving a comprehensive strategy to engage and grow our customer community • Align community goals with Articulate’s business objectives and ensure they support customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction • Oversee the facilitation of discussions, events and gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and encourage user-generated content • Build and manage a team of high-performing community professionals, providing strategic guidance and mentorship • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance community features, functionality and impact • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business needs • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement for Articulate’s products and the community platform • Manage content creation and curation that addresses customer needs and promotes community engagement • Build strong relationships with key community members, influencers, and advocates. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for community success and regularly track and report on these metrics • Leverage data and insights from community members/stakeholders to make informed decisions and optimize the community experience • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing insights and feedback from the community • Build and deliver engaging content while serving as an industry thought-leader at live events like workshops and conferences
• 8+ years community management experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company • 5+ years leadership experience managing customer-facing teams • 3+ years experience using Articulate products in the e-learning space • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions • Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through technology • Experience building and delivering engaging presentations to live audiences at conferences, trade shows, and workshops • Experience with Khoros and Salesforce are strongly preferred
