Description

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams, and occasionally design features yourself. • Rapidly prototype user interfaces for proof of concepts. • Build account management features and internal tools for customer-facing teams. • Champion accessibility, ensuring a quality experience for all users. • Serve as the team’s frontend expert, developing best practices and mentoring other engineers. • Focus on customers and iterate quickly to bring them value. • Participate in and level up our incident response process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a software engineering environment • Expertise in NextJS • Proficiency in TypeScript • Strong understanding of web accessibility principles • Experience in user experience (UX) design • Proficiency in Tailwind CSS • A history of collaborative, team-based work • Strong communication skills and an ability to clearly explain technical topics to engineers and non-engineers alike • Little need for direct oversight
