Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or a related field. •2-5 years of experience in marketing operations. •Experience working with startups and remote environments would be preferred. •Exposure to B2B SaaS/Fintech/Data Solutions marketing and sales would be a plus. •Strong research skills and ability to interpret prospect data effectively. •Good understanding of CRM systems, basic B2B marketing, and sales processes. •Good understanding LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SMS tools, Email marketing tools. •Ability to manage LinkedIn campaigns, bulk email, and SMS marketing. •Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). •Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including list segmentation, email authentication (e.g., DKIM, SPF), and avoiding spam triggers. •Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation. •Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). •Ability to read between the lines and understand underlying prospects' needs. •Smart, resourceful, and comfortable taking constructive feedback. •Willingness to go beyond assigned tasks to contribute to growth.
