📋 Description

• Sourcing & Procurement to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions with a strong focus on Sourcing & Procurement and Materials Management (MM). • This role requires deep SAP ERP expertise, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client-facing expert, overseeing all project deliverables, validating consultant work, and delivering effective training to client end-users. • Act as the lead S/4HANA Solution Architect focused on Sourcing & Procurement and MM processes. • Own the end-to-end solution design and ensure alignment with client business needs and SAP best practices. • Lead and guide the project delivery team, reviewing and validating the work of functional and technical consultants. • Manage all aspects of project delivery including scoping, solutions, integration, testing, deployment, and training. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across modules such as FICO, SD, and Warehouse Management. • Provide expert-level training to client end-users to drive system adoption and operational readiness. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all SAP S/4HANA Procurement-related topics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP, including deep expertise in Sourcing & Procurement and MM. • Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. • Strong functional understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory management, and purchasing workflows. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure quality delivery across all project phases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops and interact with executive stakeholders. • Proven experience in training end-users and supporting post-go-live adoption. • SAP certifications in Sourcing & Procurement and/or MM are a strong plus.
