📋 Description

• We are seeking a Product Marketing leader to join our team “In Residence.” • You are a storyteller at heart, deeply creative, and passionate about crafting messages that resonate with customers. • By being in residence, you’ll first join our ASG holding company within the Product team, reporting directly to the VP of Product. • You will meet key stakeholders across the business and develop a repeatable Product Marketing playbook that we can use across multiple businesses, further grow your skills as a Product Marketing leader, and support our OpCos in project based work. • The ultimate goal is to eventually be placed as a Product Marketing Lead at one of ASG’s operating companies. • The initial playbook you put in place will influence not just one company but 20+ vertical SaaS businesses across all ASG entities. • Your work will ripple across industries, driving revenue growth and improving customer happiness. • You’ll collaborate closely with senior product, marketing, and go-to-market leaders at ASG operating companies using structured processes to deliver high value outcomes that:

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in product marketing roles within the B2B SaaS industry • Experience as a first product marketer (ideally across 2+ industries) • Proven success in product marketing for SaaS, particularly in hybrid or sales-led models. • Experience driving growth at vertical SaaS companies, from $5M to $30M ARR • Be industry agnostic and adaptable because you will be entering a new vertical market • A consultative mindset paired with hands-on operational experience. • Adept at leading cross-functional plan execution • Be a storyteller with strong presentation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A GSD attitude: Get Stuff Done with speed and thoughtfulness. • High emotional intelligence and a knack for building lasting relationships. • Alignment with our core values: "Will to win and win with love," "Live full lives," "Candor means we care," "Think big, then think bigger," "Entrepreneurs at heart," and "Data insights drive action."
