📋 Description
• As the Head of Compliance Strategy at Themis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the compliance strategy for our business. • You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our software solutions. • This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our innovative platform in the governance and risk management space.
🎯 Requirements
• 6-10 years of GRC experience preferably in banking, financial services or a highly regulated industry. • Knowledge of ethical practices and standards in the financial services industry. • Superb verbal and written communication skills with a maniacal attention to detail. • Ability to independently advance projects with limited oversight and judgment to know when to seek supervision.
