• Deliver Trauma-Focused Therapy: Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling services for high-need students. • Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with school counselors, administrators, and LPCs to assess student needs. • Elevate Mental Health Resources: Help shape a scalable program that reduces counselor burnout and meets unique needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Counseling (required). • Experience or coursework in trauma-focused therapy (preferred). • Eligibility to pursue LPC licensure (preferred).
