• Responsible for building beautiful, performant user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Work collaboratively with the product and design teams to create exceptional user experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of professional front-end development experience • Proven startup experience required, with preference for US-based startup experience • Portfolio demonstrating complex UI implementations and responsive designs • Experience developing and shipping production applications at scale • History of working in collaborative, cross-functional teams • Expert-level React knowledge including component architecture, performance optimization, and state management • Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency with strong understanding of ES6+ features • Experience designing and implementing comprehensive front-end testing strategies including unit, integration, and E2E testing • Proficiency with CSS and modern styling approaches (Styled Components, CSS Modules, Tailwind) • Experience with React Native and Expo for cross-platform mobile development (nice to have) • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices • Understanding of accessibility standards and implementation • Independent working style with ability to drive features from concept to completion. • Confidence in making technical decisions and proposing architectural improvements. • Demonstrated experience with agile, MVP-based approaches to software development. • Fast-paced work ethic balanced with attention to code quality and best practices. • Problem-solving mindset with ability to debug complex issues. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with designers and product team. • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with front-end technologies.
