• Put machine learning at the core of AssessFirst, crafting cutting-edge algorithms that predict and optimize job success, team performance, and beyond. • Collaborate with behavioral scientists to identify meaningful data and translate it into actionable insights. • Design and implement efficient ML pipelines to handle complex data and drive better predictions. • Experiment with state-of-the-art techniques to develop models that go beyond the status quo. • Evaluate the performance of your models, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptability. • Work with the Science and Product teams to bring ML-driven features to life.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in both English & French. • Strong foundations in ML modeling and a passion for solving complex problems. • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. • Familiarity with Bayesian statistics and a strong grasp of mathematical principles. • A desire to learn, experiment, and stay on top of advancements in machine learning research. • The ability to work closely with teams from different disciplines, translating ideas into impactful ML solutions.
