Description

• Recruit top talent for various teams, ensuring their growth and performance. • Determine strategy and manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to presenting offers. • Collaborate closely with managers to understand talent needs and define profiles sought. • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires through a structured process and follow-up. • Organize and structure annual and quarterly interviews in collaboration with managers. • Propose improvements to recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes based on feedback. • Ensure optimization of tools and methods used to track and measure team performance. • Actively participate in the development and promotion of the employer brand to attract quality talent. • Monitor trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding to stay competitive. • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPI) related to recruitment.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (international context). • First experience in recruitment. • Adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple priorities. • Ability to switch between recruitment and performance management without difficulty. • Take initiatives and find effective solutions in challenging situations.
