This role combines lead nurturing, sales support, and social media management to optimize CRM performance and drive results. With over 200 leads requiring follow-up, this position is ideal for a candidate with experience in real estate sales, lead management, and digital marketing. • What You’ll Do: • Lead Management: Monitor and manage incoming leads from the lead generation platform. • CRM Administration: Build and maintain Lofty CRM for streamlined lead tracking. • Lead Nurturing: Execute systematic follow-up plans for a database of 200+ leads. • Appointment Setting: Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments with qualified prospects. • Social Media Management: Create and schedule regular content across social platforms. • Database Organization: Maintain accurate records and track lead progression. • Performance Tracking: Monitor conversion metrics and generate regular reports. • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media and lead nurturing campaigns. • Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.

Requirements

• Strong background in real estate inside sales or lead management. • Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Lofty CRM. • Excellent phone and written communication skills. • Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation. • Ability to learn and optimize CRM systems and automation tools. • Meticulous attention to detail in managing lead databases. • Self-motivated approach to lead nurturing and follow-up. • Understanding of real estate sales processes. • Proven ability to convert leads into appointments. • Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
