• Why Assistantly: Connect talented professionals with companies valuing their skills and expertise. • Unicorn Role Overview: Manage and optimize Salesforce applications for a growing financial services company. • What You’ll Do: • Oversee user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather requirements for system needs • Resolve support case tickets and troubleshoot Salesforce issues • Build automation, flows, and maintain Salesforce databases • Perform API integrations and support other technical Salesforce requests
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role • Extensive experience in administration, maintenance, and configuration of Salesforce systems • Exceptional ability to manage Salesforce databases and automate processes • Degree in Computer Science (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
