Description

• Schedule: 10:30am-7:00pm CST • Provide and document clinical call center services for patients • Provide education on the product and self-injection technique • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to patients • Support patients through injection training and education • Document all calls and activities within the program database • Acts as liaison between healthcare providers and patients • This position can be fully remote for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (BSN or RN); valid RN license in state of residence • BSN (preferred) • 2 years nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience • Computer literacy and good keyboard skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word Products a plus
