Description

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our telephony systems • Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving telephony-related issues • Monitor the performance of our telephony systems and identify areas for improvement • Work closely with senior telephony administrators to develop and implement telephony-related projects and upgrades • Assist with the management of our telephony service providers and vendors • Maintain accurate documentation of our telephony systems and related processes • Provide training to end-users as needed • Other tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Understanding Cisco Collaboration Portfolio preferred (e.g. VOIP, UCCX/UCCE, CUCM, JABBER, FINESSE) • Basic understanding of IVR and Contact Center deployments / integrations. • Basic understanding of an Enterprise Fax System (e.g. on-prem/cloud, analog/digital/FOIP, etc.) • Ability to synthesize complex concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Basic understanding of Call/Screen Recording, Workforce Optimization/Management, Quality Management systems • Flexibility, adaptability to rapid change and a positive attitude • Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced organization.
