• This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours of commitment per week (4 hours per day during business hours). • Act as the primary liaison between Association Hero and our association partners. • Coordinate with our development team to manage multiple career center launches simultaneously. • Prioritize tasks within the development team to meet launch deadlines. • Manage expectations with external stakeholders for smooth and timely project execution. • Conduct quarterly check-ins with association partners post-launch. • Assess evolving needs and objectives of partners during ongoing relationship management. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our Careerplex software to offer tailored solutions. • Commit to continuous learning about the association industry to deeply understand our partners' operations and priorities. • Serve as the go-to resource for partners by promptly addressing queries and proactively removing roadblocks to ensure a smooth collaboration. • Develop and maintain documentation and resources for more effective onboarding. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner launches and ongoing engagement.
• 2+ Years of project, program, or operations management experience. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Personable, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships • Preferred: Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
