Description
• Create Value Through Data • Produce clear, insightful, understandable work products (visualizations, reports, presentations, etc.) to outline business opportunities and actionable recommendations • Transform data into insights by leveraging internal and external tools to identify and quantify opportunities • Build studies that add substantial value to decision-making through proactive data analysis, reporting, and research • Analyze existing solutions and optimize them based on the latest best practices, tools, techniques, and policies • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, execute fast, and ensure the right training and hand-over effort to the stakeholders • Communicate Insights • Present analysis and resulting recommendations to senior management and/or clients • Leverage data to present compelling business cases to optimize investments and operations • Communicate and educate both technical and non-technical employees on analytics and data-driven decision making • Support Data Strategies • Design, build, and deliver on our Data as a Product initiatives across the enterprise • Participate and drive data modeling and governance best practices • Provide rapid corrective response and action to resolve disruptive incidents • Project Management • Lead projects and assist in the development of project plans, conducting analysis/modeling, hypothesis testing, presenting complex information for various audiences in simplified terms, and identifying next steps and future opportunity • Mentors team members in technical proficiency, code reviews, and business acumen • Collaborates with team members to prioritize requests requiring multiple resources for thorough project completion within stated timelines
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field • Broad knowledge of visualization techniques • Knowledge in visual storytelling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, querying databases, and creating data models • Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and SQL • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization
