• Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis. • Provides systems, administrative, and operational support. • Analyzes existing forms and methods for effective operations. • Verifies implementation by developing and executing tests for moderate sized projects. • Resolves service and/or system issues by gathering and analyzing related information.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of professional experience. • Knowledgeable in all the duties of the Operations Analyst I position, or similar positions. • Knowledgeable of company products & services. • Has Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Applies the basic skills learned and begins to develop advanced problem solving skills to the position. • Learns advance analytical techniques. • Good verbal and written communication skills.
