🎯 Requirements
📅 Relevant work experience supporting enterprise customers with a complex product. ✨ An excellent blend of communication and technical skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role. 🗣️ Experience managing $MM ACV enterprise clients with "white glove" service 🎨 Project Management skills and can stay on task, but also not afraid to pivot quickly and reprioritize. 💪 Strong sense of urgency and commitment to positive customer outcomes. 💻 Technical background/experience with interacting with APIs and integrations and the ability to review JSON files to uncover and communicate issues with the code. ❕ Excited about working in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup. ➕ Industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
