Description

• Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases, supporting the creation of both internal and customer reports and dashboards. • Design and maintain attractive visualizations and dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data through thorough validation and quality checks. • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. • Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track patient outcomes and organizational performance. • Monitor and resolve data and reporting issues using various tools. • Document the processes and methodologies used for data management and analysis. • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, mathematics, healthcare, or related fields. • 3+ years of experience with SQL and one year with a data visualization tool (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar). • Ability to transform complex data into understandable visualizations. • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn new tools. • Great attention to detail. • Proactive communicator. • Curiosity and ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity. • Ability to take initiative and work independently, effectively managing tasks with little to no oversight. • Advanced English
