Description

• Partner with team members to conceptualize, prototype, and contribute to the development of robust features and products using GenAI and cutting-edge technologies. • Convert product and feature concepts into detailed technical designs and actionable development tasks. • Identify new opportunities to utilize GenAI for enhancing products and optimizing organizational processes. • Work closely with development teams to design, architect, prototype, and assist in implementing innovative products and features based on GenAI. • Collaborate with non-engineering teams to apply GenAI technologies and methods to develop solutions that enhance internal processes. • Serve as a key resource for expert knowledge on generative AI and other emerging technologies. • Act as an advocate for the responsible use of GenAI to benefit the company and its clients. • Mentor and guide developers and other team members to build expertise in GenAI. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with minimal defects. • Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

• Education in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or related experience) • 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development. • 2+ years of experience in ML/AI development, with skills in: • Large Language Models (preferably Azure OpenAI) • Prompt Engineering • LLM fine-tuning • Embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • 5+ years of experience using technologies such as: • .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs • 3+ years of experience with: • SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server • PostgreSQL (preferred) • Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Unknit, MSTest) • Strong visioning and problem-solving skills. • Independent thinker and effective team collaborator. • Excellent at multitasking and managing competing priorities • Nice To Have: • Proficiency in Python programming • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn • Knowledge of random forest and histogram gradient modeling • Development of semantic agents using Semantic Kernel and/or Langchain • Competence using GitHub Copilot
