• The key to our success is simple; we deliver the highest quality, on time, with passion and commitment, and live every day by a set of great values. • We've built a company that fosters long-term careers in an environment of continuous learning, with cutting-edge benefits, tools, and resources. • In addition, certifications that endorse our company as a great place to work. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core. • Architect, implement and optimize RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core. • Manage and optimize databases, ensuring high availability and performance, particularly with SQL Server and Microsoft Entity Framework. • Develop and maintain automated tests using frameworks like NUnit and MSTest to ensure software quality and reliability. • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and contribute to cloud-based solutions. • Monitor application performance using tracking tools to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. • Integrate AI-powered features by leveraging Azure OpenAI and GPT language models. • Utilize AI-driven development tools, including GitHub Copilot or other coding assistants, to enhance productivity. • Lead and mentor development teams, guiding best practices and technical decision-making. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps. • Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and reliability when developing cloud applications in Azure. • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI, cloud services, and backend frameworks, to drive innovation within the team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend services with front-end and business needs. • Contribute to the development of generative AI solutions, working with vector databases, text embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) when needed. • Support front-end integration efforts with JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and HTML5/CSS when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with extensive C# coding skills, including backend technologies such as APIs, databases, and web frameworks • 2+ years of experience in technical leadership role • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field • Extensive experience with the following technologies: • C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs • SQL Server and Microsoft Entity Framework • Unit testing frameworks (i.e., NUnit, MSTest) • Docker • Experience with monitoring and tracking tools • Microsoft Visual Studio Code or Microsoft Visual Studio • Experience with Azure OpenAI • Experience leveraging foundational and custom GPT language models • Knowledge of GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants • Experience developing software using Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Azure DevOps • Experience with CI/CD and automated build and deployment processes • Experience with any (or all) of the following a plus: Azure Container Services, SQL Azure, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Cosmos DB • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Excellent at multi-tasking and able to handle competing priorities • Advanced English • Nice to Have • JavaScript/TypeScript • React.js • HTML5/CSS • Knowledge of generative AI concepts and frameworks • Experience leveraging foundational and custom machine learning models preferred (Amazon Titan, Claude 2, Hugging Face) • Experience with prompt engineering • Experience using vector databases, text embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
