Description

• Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise. • Drive best practices in PHP development, including coding standards, performance optimization, and security. • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions. • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient PHP-based applications. • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and services, including APIs and third-party tools. • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PHP development. • Recommend and implement improvements to optimize code performance, security, and maintainability. • Explore opportunities to integrate new technologies or frameworks that align with company goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PHP, with at least 3 years playing leadership roles. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. • Previous experience in leading and supervising engineering teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and client orientation skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Experience implementing RESTFul services and Microservices. • Proven experience with ReactJS and JavaScript. • Experience in Elastic Search. • Experience in MySQL. • Experience with non-relational databases. • Advanced English
