• Du bist ein/e erfahrene/r E-Com Expert/in mit unternehmerischem Denken, Begeisterung für Schuhe, exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und einem guten Verständnis von Webshops und Marktplätzen? • Du leitest das D2C-Geschäft unserer Marke SALAMANDER (Webshop & Marktplätze) in mehreren Ländern. • Du entwickelst eine umfassende Strategie zur Aktivierung der Marke SALAMANDER im eigenen Webshop und auf Plattformen und setzt diese kontinuierlich um. • Du erstellst und erreichst deinen Business Plan mit Zielen für Umsatz und Profitabilität. • Du überblickst die Performance deiner Marke im D2C, steuerst Marketing- und Promotion-Ausgaben und entscheidest Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung. • Du bestimmst das SALAMANDER-Sortiment in allen D2C-Kanälen. • Du legst Preisstrategien, Aktionen und Rabatte in Zusammenarbeit mit Webshop-Managern und dem Merchandising Team fest. • Du analysierst Markttrends, Wettbewerb, Customer Feedback und Abverkäufe und nutzt deine Insights um customer experience und Produkt laufend zu verbessern. • Du sorgst für eine einheitliche Markenbotschaft und Produktdarstellung in allen D2C-Kanälen. • Du arbeitest mit Brand & Performance Marketing Teams zusammen um Kampagnen, Launches und Events umzusetzen.

• Unternehmerische Grundeinstellung, proaktive Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung und Initiative für den eigenen Geschäftsbereich • Starkes Gespür für Customer Experience, Produktdarstellung, Marktentwicklungen und Trends • Analytisches Mindset und Fähigkeit zur Planung und Steuerung anhand von KPIs • Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Online-Marketing, Marketplace-Modellen und Pricing • Gute Fähigkeiten in der Koordinierung unterschiedlicher Stakeholder und Projekte • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Steuerung internationaler E-Commerce und Marketplace-Geschäfte, bevorzugt in der Fashion-, Sport-, Lifestyle-Branche • Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Reisebereitschaft ist von Vorteil
