📋 Description
• Close cooperation and further expansion and professional development of existing teams under the leadership of team leads in foreign subsidiaries • Lead and participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR/HGB or IFRS • Define and implement accounting and consolidation guidelines • Prepare regular financial reports and analyses • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and related regulatory filings • Implement new processes and continuously optimize existing workflows • Contribute to general business management topics and handle ad-hoc financial matters • Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, authorities, and external stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree in business administration, economics (university/university of applied sciences), or a commercial education • Further qualification as a certified accountant is desirable • Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting within internationally operating companies • Proven expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR/HGB or IFRS • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP FI is a plus • Excellent English skills relevant to the field • Strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and an independent working style
