📋 Description
• The Learning Solutions Developer III will focus on content development, storyboarding, blended learning design, and enhancing a diverse array of learning solutions. • This role creates engaging learning activities and interactive course content that attracts, develops and retains valued employees. • Through consultative relationships with key stakeholders, this role will assess and develop learning content requirements and conduct needs assessments.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Strong attention to detail, creative solutions, and analytical skills required • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Ability to work within a collaborative environment • Willingness to take initiative, without waiting for direction • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design, Excel and Word skills • Ability to pay attention to metrics, detail, and quality of output • Results oriented and deadline driven • Excellent English language skills • Familiarity with voiceover technology
