Description

• Develop and execute a robust business plan to penetrate accounts, driving sales and opening doors to new opportunities within your territory. • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 regional sales reps, ensuring targets are smashed and territories are thoroughly covered. • Forge and nourish professional relationships with key accounts, becoming an indispensable resource and partner. • Negotiate with confidence, preparing and recommending pricing strategies for management approval. • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Engineering to craft compelling proposals that address customer needs and highlight our value proposition. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, proactively managing sales leads and ensuring any concerns are resolved swiftly. • Use your influence to drive internal teams, ensuring customer needs are met, and revenue growth is achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; an Engineering degree is even better. • 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience within the territory, ideally in the Power Supply industry or EMI Filter sales. • A well-established network within the Industrial, Medical, Military, Aerospace, and Semiconductor markets. • An aggressive yet professional demeanor, combined with sales savvy and tenacity. • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance. • Highly advanced communication skills, allowing you to negotiate and influence with tact and diplomacy. • A willingness to travel extensively, driving new business and strengthening relationships.
