📋 Description
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software accurately. • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Support in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all records accuracy in financial records. • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries. • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate tracking of financial obligations. • Assist in tax filing preparation (VAT, withholding tax, etc.). • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies. • Support in monitoring budgets and controlling expenses. • Maintain proper documentation of financial records. • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Arabic and English. • Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasive skills. • Knowledge in accounting principles and financial regulations of KSA and UAE. • Experience working in a remote and cross-functional team. • Organizational skills and ability to own projects from start to finish.
