Description
• This role is customer-facing, ensuring the success of Airflow service users. • The CRE team operates and maintains cloud infrastructure. • Encounter diverse customer problems across industries and cloud providers. • Work remotely with a flexible schedule outside core hours.
Requirements
• 6 years of experience with cloud infrastructures • 4 years of Kubernetes experience • Experience managing production distributed systems • Strong Linux experience • Knowledge of distributed systems monitoring • Previous customer issue handling experience • Strong communication skills • DevOps or CI/CD experience • Python scripting • Good troubleshooting skills • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (bonus) • Worked with Kubernetes Custom Resources (bonus) • Depth of knowledge with Azure (bonus) • Airflow/Big Data Orchestration experience (bonus) • IaC experience (bonus)
