📋 Description
• Collaborate with HCM and Payroll experts to identify opportunities for AI. • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms for predictive analytics. • Gather, preprocess, and curate relevant data for training AI models. • Develop AI models that can understand complex patterns in employee data. • Fine-tune models for accuracy and adaptability to business needs. • Create interactive prototypes to showcase AI-driven solutions. • Implement methodologies for evaluating the performance of AI models. • Iterate and refine models based on feedback and outcomes. • Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive AI integration. • Keep up-to-date with AI advancements to enhance software solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy). • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques, AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI tools (e.g., scikit-learn, spaCy). • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production systems. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
