Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Administrator to support our sales team. • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information. • Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and provide data analysis to support sales strategies. • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support. • Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. • Manage customer inquiries and provide basic product information as needed. • Help identify potential leads through research and assist in sales outreach efforts. • Assist in organizing and maintaining sales documentation and materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales administration, support, or coordination role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A team player with a proactive attitude and a customer-centric approach. • Knowledge of basic sales processes and best practices is a plus.
