• Oversee the implementation and onboarding of customers to Ateliere’s platforms. • Ensure smooth customer experience during implementation and onboarding. • Lead a team of experts to deliver implementations on time and within budget. • Execute training and enablement for customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be fluent in Arabic and be able to translate to English • 2+ years of Project Management experience • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
