• Market Ownership: Responsible for overseeing the marketplace presence and growth of Squatty Potty • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team comprising experts from various departments • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies that are grounded in consumer and market insights • Media and Marketing: Take charge of the development and execution of media and marketing plans • Retailer Engagement: Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for key Retailers • Project Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of Marketing and Brand Management projects
Requirements
• Must have 5+ years Amazon 1p or 3p experience • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in a consumer goods ecommerce company • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Creative mindset and a passion for brand growth and innovation • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
