• Manage the new product development process from concept to launch • Work closely with nearly every department within the organization • Drive maturity into the product development process • Collaborate with the Revenue team in strategic analysis of product categories • Monitor and report on the market landscape using competitive analysis and consumer insights • Ensure the consumer is always part of the central focus of product management efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 6 years of product management experience within the consumer goods industry • Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce strategies is required • Excellent agility and problem-solving skills demonstrating the ability to work within the gray • Proven track record of successfully launching new products. • Effectively build relationships cross-functionally to meet business goals and objectives • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
