β’ Manage and optimize the Tessitura CRM system, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality across the organization. β’ Build and manage shows, maintaining data integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and system customization. β’ Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, resolving issues and offering guidance. β’ Train new and existing users on Tessitura features and capabilities. β’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, adhering to organizational policies. β’ Create and manage custom reports for departments, including ticketing, marketing, and development. β’ Collaborate with the finance team to integrate and analyze financial data within Tessitura. β’ Work collaboratively with departments to optimize workflows and data utilization.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Arts Administration, Business, or a related field. β’ At least 3 years of experience working with Tessitura CRM, with a focus on building shows and events. β’ Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools. β’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative work ethic. β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support a diverse team.
