β€’ Manage and optimize the Tessitura CRM system, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality across the organization. β€’ Build and manage shows, maintaining data integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, and system customization. β€’ Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, resolving issues and offering guidance. β€’ Train new and existing users on Tessitura features and capabilities. β€’ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, adhering to organizational policies. β€’ Create and manage custom reports for departments, including ticketing, marketing, and development. β€’ Collaborate with the finance team to integrate and analyze financial data within Tessitura. β€’ Work collaboratively with departments to optimize workflows and data utilization.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Arts Administration, Business, or a related field. β€’ At least 3 years of experience working with Tessitura CRM, with a focus on building shows and events. β€’ Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools. β€’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative work ethic. β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support a diverse team.
